Rands writes about incrementalists & completionists. It reminds me about the talk Pål Fure held last wednesday about accepting and embracing differences to create a culture for innovation. You need them all in an organisation.

This article at java.net is excellent. It reviews some of the biggest changes in the Tiger release in context of the Java philosophy. It actually sums up a lot of why I really like java. Keep it plain and simple.

Yep, I got my first massive comment spam hit today. Thanks to WordPress it wasn’t too big a deal to get rid of them. If I get hit more I’ll have to take some steps to make it harder.

I was trying to explain to a friend today what I don’t like about the way .NET works. It’s hard, because at the bottom line they are not all that different. I’m making an effort these days to read stuff from the pro .NET side to understand it better.
