		<description>Not really. In most projects I have been, changing the database is a scary thing even if there is no logic in the database. Having the right tools reduces how scary it is. :)</description>

		<description>Of course embracing change is part of Agile, but database changes should not be scary. This article is against a 3 tier system (data+business+presentation), as it seems that part of the logic should be in the database, which reduces the &quot;agility&quot; of the project.</description>
