Tiger features in light of the Java philosophy

This article at java.net is excellent. It reviews some of the biggest changes in the Tiger release in context of the Java philosophy. It actually sums up a lot of why I really like java. Keep it plain and simple. 🙂

Good link! But the real reason I’m commenting is that your layout breaks badly in Safari (pretty much all the Mac population uses it). Email me if you want a screenshot. The AdSense skyscraper is pushing the main container way down. I suspect a float + width situation going on.

I guess you’re right. I had problems with IE earlier and had to decrease the width of the main content to fit in the adsense. I’ve decreased it a little bit more. Hopefully it will work on Mac now.
