Blah, I missed Keith Donald and his talk on Spring at JavaBin (Norwegian JUG). I was busy with a project kickoff that night. He apparently had a blast and talked about heaps of stuff I’d like to hear about. Oh well. Some other time.
According to a survey released, code generation saves time and money. Usually around 30%, but some projects even experienced 70% savings.
It seems Kodak and SUN has reached a settlement. I’m wondering what will be next. Will they go after the .NET runtime? This is just a hughe wake up call to fight software patents.
