Rod Johnson on Java persistence
Excellent presentation from Rod Johnson here. He talks about persistence in Java and his experiences. As always there’s good points, and I must admit I felt like some of the points on “how to fail with ORM” did apply to me. But hey, I’m still learning. 😉

Cafepress alternative
Seems like Cafepress has got some serious competition, and they even got a solid European prescence. Go to Spreadshirt to create own designs, open a shop or buy something of the already available designs. From what I can see they got a wider product offering than Cafepress.
